EMEA Funds Partners engages on a bases of differing client needs and understanding how we can remain as flexible as necessary to maximize client reach. The execution of a mandate typically takes up to four quarters and includes screening, meetings/roadshows, contract negotiation and closing.

Phase1

Screening and the Meetings

  • We start screening to identify potential investor demand

  • Short list the client targets

  • Discovery calls to understand our clients needs and strategies

  • Build relationships between senior members of both firms

  • Put forward proposal and discussions around placement plan

  • Schedule meetings, over  three roadshows, with 20-30 qualified investors from the target list

  • Report on calls after meeting to understand our target commitment and interests

  • Keep screening for new client targets

Phase 2

The follow up and the closing

  • Keep the info and the follow up flow going

  • 2nd meeting arranged if needed

  • Keep screening for new targets

  • Leverage on the roadshows and calls made and re-approach our targets with info flows and calls

  • Reporting to our Partners and targets

  • Detailed proposal and discussions around placement plan

  • Push for commitments by clients

  • Help in negotiations in contracts and subscriptions forms. 

  • Close
